Bought gralat packs but only one was added to my acc

i bought a couple gralat packs but only one was added to my acc and i havnt got my receipt yet how long does it take for the receipt to get to my email

for my friend it took 2 weeks for 3 packs but they payed her back for it by giving her 25000 gralats for those 3 packs.

You can log into itunes on your comp and view recent purchases. I took a screenshot of that and sent it to them and they gave me my gralats.

how do u take a screenshot on a mac :/ and i bought 3 but only one was added
